Bandai Spirits' entry-level hobby nippers, made for cutting Gunpla and other plastic model parts off the runner. Hobby nippers cut cleanly, so there's far less nub left to sand than with scissors or twisting parts off by hand.

Tip: cut a few millimeters away from the part first, then make a second cut close to it. Use for plastic only: cutting metal, wire or very thick sprue will damage the blades.
